Motion.  This meeting recognises the advantages of SV rating as the basis to which Rates should be levied.  We condemn the Office of Local Government in its advocation of NAV rating in the interim, so that CIV rating can be introduced under the guise of Council Amalgamation. Passed Overwhelmingly.(1000+)
